The association's annual assessments (dues) are $40 per year per lot and is compulsory for all lots. Owners receive a quarterly newsletter, a clean-up weekend at least once per year with free dumpster usage, and a friendly team of community-minded volunteers whose goal is to keep Canterbury a great place to live for all members.

Annual assessment notices are mailed to all owners in the month of January and are due to the association's treasurer no later than March 1 of each year.

In accordance with our governing documents, delinquent dues bear penalties and interest which are personal liabilities of the delinquent owner. Any legal costs incurred by the Association for collection of unpaid amounts must also be paid by the delinquent owner.
