Architectural Control Committee
Guidelines and approval process for property improvements
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) reviews and approves proposed external changes to properties to maintain the aesthetic character and property values of Canterbury Estates. Most exterior modifications require ACC approval before work begins.
Outbuildings of varying types may be allowed, but they must comply with our architectural requirements and be approved by the ACC in writing. The HOA has the right to seek injunctions against any building which was not approved by the ACC.
